Charlles is a serial entrepreneur that has been involved in nearly a dozen successful business ventures in his 25 years of business. He has developed new systems for the construction, agriculture industry, entertainment and poultry industries as well as the pest control industry. He is a USA patent holder with nearly a dozen patent applications and has authored 3 books.

BurnLessCoal.com – Successfully created a business to reduce the emissions from coal fired power plants using a new laser activated catalyst to clean the environment and help utility scale power plants burn up to 20% less coal and deliver the same amount of energy with less pollution.

BestOzoneGenerator.com Charlles re-developed the basic ozone generator for contractors. He also developed a number of proprietary new ozone technologies and has been a factory direct to consumer retailer of the same. He has helped thousands of businesses and new revenue streams and helped many new entrepreneurs start successful businesses using his equipment.

Oxygreen Solutions Franchise Charlles has developed a new franchise based on his years of experience helping folks build business’ and revenue using his unique areas of expertise, it is one of the only new franchise models that allows the franchise to select from 5 unique mini-businesses to generate multiple streams of income.

Veraxs In 2014 he developed the nanoplasmoid water making machine that is the backbone of the Naneau water technology and the first installation was at a world-famous cancer clinic in Irvine California, the Center for New Medicine under world-renowned alternative cancer physician Dr. Lee Erin Coneally.

Charlles is currently involved in the deployment of a new energy technology that is one of the only real-world alternatives to solar wind geothermal and energy storage to provide Green Energy Solutions for real-world industries.

Moreland-Lynn and his investors through my London fixer.

Scottish Castle project: Developed the Cassilis project; a £30m development in Scotland incorporating a state of the art medical clinic with Naneau water at the centre. Secured £7m from Inward Investment Scotland for infrastructure however the Investor failed to deliver. Worked Oct 2017 – Oct 2018 on this project.

Personal Profile: Raised over £35m in funding for projects in the last 5 years [£17min 2018]. Built and exited a business with a turnover of £8m, secured licenses from Major League sports and collegiate Uni’s in the US, 44 premier league football teams in UK and Europe as well as all UK national teams in all sports. Secured license deals with Azoff Music for major artists incl. Christina Aguilera & Red Hot Chilli Peppers for branded apparel. Also advised on the sales and launch of two franchised businesses, which I personally secure 23 franchisees within 18 months of operation.

The Business Model

Naneau Clinics will be owned and operated by Naneau Spas and Clinics Ltd.

Phase One: First clinic to be set up in Norwich, Norfolk, UK and developed to attain a min of 60% capacity per room. 4x hydrotherapy units will be installed on opening, followed by a total of a further 4 units at the point of reaching a min 60% capacity per treatment room. 8 months of operation will take place before searching for the second site, which will be opened within 12 months of the first sites anniversary. 4 further sites opened the following year.

Phase Two: Franchise Model: Franchise Information Memorandum documentation and operators manual will be created to promote the opportunities to buy a Naneau franchise. These will be sold to individual operators, hotels, medical clinics and operating spas who
maintain the Naneau brand as a specific style of treatment within the venue. We expect that it will take 2 years to develop 10+ outlets within the UK whilst selling Master Franchise licenses to individual country operators.

Phase Three: Development of a large scale medical spa complex [Centre of Excellence] with hotel rooms, attracting longer term daily treatment programmes. Expecting 40% recovery [REPAIR] clients, 40% Holistic Medical and 20% Pamper & Relax clients.
